We approach every placement with a simple goal: make everyday convenience feel at home in a well-run property. Each location starts with a conversation about fit, service, and the people it serves.
Founded by Don Reilly, Wayside draws on his background in public service and law enforcement. He brings a focus on reliability, accountability, and attentive service to every property conversation.

What does it cost the property?
Our proposed model requires no equipment purchase or stocking fee from the property. We agree on any site-specific placement terms before installation.
Who handles stocking and resident issues?
Wayside plans to manage the stock and routine service. Property staff and shoppers can contact us directly about product requests, problems, or refunds.
What happens after the 90-day pilot?
We review usage and feedback with the property, then decide together whether to continue, adjust the selection or unit, or end the placement.
